About
I am a clinical psychologist who has experience working with a variety of psychological challenges and presentations across both hospital and private practice contexts. My expertise lie in psychodynamic therapy with both individuals and groups. This means that our work together will emphasise the role your relationships both past and present play in the development of who you are and to truly understand you and your difficulties from your own subjective experience. I am interested in jointly developing an understanding of what it is that has happened and continues to happen in your life that seems to keep getting in your way and leads to the difficulties you face. This will lay the foundation in order to collaboratively gauge the changes required and how to start setting those changes in motion. Ultimately the work aims to assist you to better identify and meet your emotional, personal and relationship needs effectively so to live a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
