About
I am a Clinical Psychologist with experience working across both hospital and private practice settings, supporting adults and adolescents with a broad range of psychological challenges.
My approach is relational, attachment-focused, and developmentally informed. Our work together will explore how your relationships—both past and present—have shaped your sense of self, your emotional world, and the difficulties you may be experiencing. I place particular importance on understanding your experience from your own perspective, recognising that your symptoms form part of a larger and more meaningful story.
Together, we aim to develop a deeper understanding of the patterns and experiences that may be contributing to ongoing distress or a sense of feeling stuck. This understanding provides the foundation for meaningful and lasting change. The work is collaborative, with a focus on identifying and meeting your emotional, personal, and relational needs more effectively.
Ultimately, therapy is not only about reducing symptoms, but about supporting you to live a more fulfilling, purposeful, and connected life.
